Returns & Store Credit Policy
We want you to love your ANA merch as much as we do! However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help - within the terms below.
1. No Refunds – Store Credit Only
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. If your item is the wrong size, you’ll receive store credit to use on future purchases once the returned item has been received and inspected.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for store credit:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) must be provided.
Please note that clearance items and seconds (such as the ANA 10-Year Tees) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Shipping for Returns
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the shopper. We recommend using a tracked service, as ANA Asphalts is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Store credit will be processed once your returned item is received and approved. You’ll receive an email confirming your store credit and instructions on how to use it.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
